About Me



Hi! My name is Myles Cornwall, and I’ve spent over a decade immersed in the game I love—as both a player and a coach. My journey took me from competing at Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio, to playing professionally for Atlético Ottawa and Fort Wayne FC. These experiences gave me firsthand insight into the standards, discipline, and mindset required to compete at a high level of soccer.



They have also shaped who I am as a coach. I understand the GRIND it takes, but I also know the importance of growth, consistency, and encouragement. That’s why I started Grind Season. All Season.—to give athletes the tools, systems, and mindset they need to thrive not just during the season, but year-round.



My philosophy blends the demands of elite performance with a genuine commitment to developing every player I work with. Whether you’re just starting out or striving to reach the highest levels of the game, my goal is to help you unlock your full potential—on and off the field.




Coaching Approach



My coaching philosophy is built on four core pillars: Physical, Technical, Tactical, and Psychological. By addressing each of these areas, I help athletes grow into complete players who are prepared to meet the demands of the modern game.



Over the years, I have worked across a wide range of settings—providing one-on-one training, designing team programs, leading warm-up and recovery systems, and delivering tactical sessions. I’ve coached youth players from U9 through U21, guided competitive and adult athletes, and offered private coaching for adaptive athletes with unique mobility needs. In addition, I’ve led workshops, seminars, and performance-focused presentations for schools and clubs, bringing my experience to larger groups seeking structured development.



At the heart of my approach is a personalized, results-driven methodology that balances performance with long-term growth. I focus on building consistency through structured systems, tailoring programs to each athlete’s unique path, and pushing limits in a way that respects both performance and health. Most importantly, I ensure that every training session translates into real improvements on the field!
